Welcome! I am Joseph Van Zant MSW, LCSW

I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness-based practices. Together, we will work towards fostering insight, healing, and personal growth.
Outside of my practice, I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health treatment. My goal is to provide you with the highest standard of care, ensuring that every session is meaningful and beneficial to your journey towards mental wellness.
